    You need a nintendo event. It will give you a certain members card. Load up on all the stuff you will need to catch a level 70 darkri. Then go the the NE corner of canclave city where you will find an inn. The door used to be locked, but with ur new members card you will be able to get inside. After you go inside, ask to stay at the inn. When you wake up you will for some reason be at darkri's island and will encounter it at lvl. 70. You will not be able to return to canclave or leave the island in any other way until you either defeat or catch darkri, so go well-equiped. Good luck and good catching.
