Depends on the tattoo i guess. Usually it draws my attention if I can see it and I find it exotic and may assume she's more open-minded and likes to experience new things.

If its big and obnoxious looking, that screams 'bad taste, turn off' if its pretty small and delicate looking then its cute, and shows that the girl is adventurous
