If someone imitates you, do you take that as a flattery or an insult?

I will ask that someone the reason for imitating me. If the answer is positive and satisfactory I will give advise as to what to imitate and what not to imitate. This is because I know I am a very imperfect person. Imitating all my imperfections will not do any good. If the answer to the question is negative I will become indifferent to the imitations.

well ive always heard its the most sincere form of flattery but i guess it would depend on who was doing it and what they were doing.

Depends on how they imitate me. If they sound really sarcastic and they're doing it with a high-pitched voice...then yeah it's an insult. And I kick them in the shins :)
