I've got a lot of them .. some in matched sets .. come "complementary" .. arranged all along the main hallway in the house. I love seeing photos in people's houses - even if just in frames on the front of the refrigerator. Most of mine are "vintage" photos of ancestors and current family sitting not in frames but in many photo albums. I keep those in a wood cabinet in the living room - away from dust or bright light. I do have some matching frames - but not for photos - in my living room - that hold art prints.

No the matching ones are in the front foyer :)

Since every picture is individual the frame should also be a reflection of this and echo the mood of the image. It's in the juxtaposition of differences that you create harmony.
-
No but I do have matching ones in the bedroom with water colours of Swans in them.

No, I've received framed photo's as gifts, frames as gifts, and picked up some frames on my own, but they somehow all blend well together and I love the look.
-
No. All I have is pictures framed 40 years or more ago. They just remain permanent fixtures on the wall ragardless the change in colors of walls after every repainting job done once in two years.
-
Every thing I have is handcrafted and different.

Only 4 out of about 40 frames are matches.
