  • Fire him. Explain it as failure to perform adequately.
  • Tell him, if he can't stand to perormance with you for one single night, how come he is going to long days. he is not fit

  • You don't feel the chemistry is a good one. Basically what happens outside of work must stay outside in any case. End the relationship however it is that you usually would and deal with it at work like an adult.
