  • Personally, I prefer less common but readily acceptable names. Athena comes to mind. While not a common name, it's a girls name so no mispronunciation through school, no unusual teasing (can't say no, we all know better than to expect that), and I find it pretty.
  • I dont like common names but I wouldnt go as out there as they did
  • We picked a common name, not because there are not some nice unusual names, there are, but because studies have shown children with odd or different names are automatically handicapped in society.
