leave the towels and robe, take the maid home!
The free biscuits :)
I'm obviously not posh enough to have stayed in a hotel with chocolates on pillows, come on now. Pools and gyms are a lot of hassle when I could be sleeping, and there are bars everywhere.
I do like a bit of free shower gel, though...that's a close second.
The pool and gym.
However, not all of the hotels that I have stayed in had a pool and a gym.
I hate staying in a hotel... I am afraid someone with a key will come in and murder me while I sleep or shower. Plus, I don't like the idea that a millon people have been sleeping in a bed and then I have to sleep in it. I hear there is a lot of DNA on those bedspreads.
What the heck is this chocolates on pillow? You must have stayed at some swanky place. I am lucky if they change my towels.

Freshly made beds, clean rooms and the inside pools/whirlpools..love the whirlpools. Never had room service though.. I am just happy if there is a restaurant attached to the hotel.
the beautiful view from an inviting bed. of course, the maid & room service and being pampered are nice too!
I'd say the housekeeping. I enjoy going to sleep in a bed I did not have to turn down or I don't have to make in the morning.
the blankets on the bed and also the smell oh and the pool:)
The clean room ;0) It's exciting just to be in another place.
the big heart shaped tub and the mirrors on the ceiling? *giggle*
Of course the bar. Cuz then i could meet a nice lady and then take her to your room....lol
The quiet room, the maid service, and the room service, in that order.
Yes :) Maid service is nice, but room service is the best.
I love the toiletry articles they put in the bathrooms. The body lotion smells so good. So does the soap, the shampoo, and the conditioner. In my experience, the maids have always been awesome as well. They were super sweet!
I just like it all, relaxing and no worries. OK going to go in the hot tub now with a big margarita. ( I wish)
I only stay in hotels when I'm on vacation, I don't travel for work or anything. So I would say just the happy feeling of being on vacation is my favorite part of staying at a hotel.
That and the continental breakfast....hmmmmmm.
OH how I love the maid services. I have to clean enough every day at home. I love knowing I can go away for a little while & when I come back it all clean & fresh:)
Would you spend over $250 to stay a night at the Hershey Hotel?

You're reading What is your favorite part of staying in a hotel: The pool and gym, the chocolates on your pillow, the restaurant/bar downstairs, the toiletries just for you, or the maid service?
