    Im kinda glad you asked this Spaceball, i performed this operation just last week.. its kinda tricky! first you need to remove the crumbs from the flake, then you make a little hole in the middle..and add a twix finger, (its better if you can remove the chocolate from the twix finger first - its usually best to lick it off).. then, using the thumb and the first finger, hold said flake and insert in the orifice below the nose.. it should work fine now! Let me know if you manage this ok.
