Some of them. I think it has to be a young-ish and vaguely feminine looking guy to pull it off, but it can look very, very sexy. It also has to be well applied- that neo-goth look with the corpse paint and panda eyes doesn't do a great deal for me I'm afraid- just a bit of pencil around the edge please, boys.

I'm not really attracted to guys in eyeliner. I must say that some look better with it (from an asthetic standpoint).

I must admit, I think Billy Joe Armstrong wears eyeliner well. It makes his eyes look, for lack of a better word, pretty. (this is an odd pic of him, but it was the only one I could find that shows his eyes close up)

well i think Eyeliner came from the Egyptians and the Egyptian Gods used to wear stuff like that around their eyes. not sure how the whole eyeliner thing because a "woman" thing. But it depends on the image of that person to whether it would look good i suppose..

Not necessarily BETTER, per se, but I do think they kinda miss out. I love makeup. I don't think it makes a person look better so much as I love it for being a form of self-expression. I mean, I get to paint my face and it's perfectly acceptable for me to go out like that! FUN! and kind of a strange little cultural quirk. I have no idea why it's limited to women.
