  • Sorry, I thought it said "equipment." I don't like to take anything but natural food for muscle building. I don't know if there is a "perfect" piece of equipment because everyone's needs are different but for $29 you cannot beat the "Perfect Pushup" thingees. Personally, I think that between pushups and crunches and walking at a good clip for several miles everyday is an awesome routine.
  • I would just take some whey protein. Complex proteins are by far the best thing to build muscle. Other than that, I would suggest making sure you keep your diet high in protein and low in excess carbohydrates and lipids. When trying to get in shape, diet is by far the most important thing you can do. After that, it's your workout regimen.
  • There are a few in the marketbut,just be cautious of the overdose.It sometimes makes the metabolism go offbalance. As a natural body builder I've never used any suppliments till now but,if you wish to go for it first met a good medicine expert and discuss things with him/her.
