I know this is gonna sound silly, but I have been looking all over the answerbag site. Can someone explain to me how I can rate a question? Everytime I try to, all I can do is make the rating move by 1. Please help so I can be an active contributor.

That's all you can do at your level. As your level gets higher, your rating ability will also increase

the more points you get, the higher your level. the higher your level the more points you can add or subtract. Iwill give you 2 ,my max

Keep answering questions and asking questions, in time you will be able to give more as your level increases. I gave you 3, my max for questions.

Yep, I gave you +2, my max...and if you want high ratings, make friends with some of the high raters.
