I want to buy music off the web and then burn it to CD to listen to in the car, iTunes doesn't allow this. Who does?

If you are using a macintosh computer for iTunes, you most certainly CAN buy music from iTunes and burn it to a disc. Multiple times. I have never heard anyone else having this problem. The only thing I find hard to do is file share music with PC users as mac actually doesn't use MP3 files. But macs also convert their files to MP3 format fairly easily. If want to share music with anyone, I either have to give a gift of music through iTunes, or convert the file and them attach it to an email. I do not understand why you are being so confined as to the uses of your iTunes.
