  • Lay flat on your back. Bend the knee up of your good leg, with your foot flat on the ground. Straighten your bad leg and raise it with your toes pointing back/up. Stretch until it hurts and then relax slowly. Repeat several times. With time you will be able to stretch without pain.
  • Get on one knee (the knee of the sciatic pain) and lie your other bent leg in front of you, and lean way over the bent leg. So one leg is bihind you and one is bent in front of you. Touch your chest to the bent leg in frnt of you for a few minutes to strtch the sciatic nerve. PS I do this daily or I run into trouble. Weekly chiropractic helps as well!)
