If you are wearing the dress for a special occasion then I would wear silver-ish. A soft silver or a darker sliver would look great. If you are wearing it for work or just daily wear I would wear black. It is a more finished look. Try to match the green; As a general rule I find its best if the shoes are darker than the clothes. White shoes make your feet look big and shouldn't be worn with anything other than white.

Maybe a nice ruby, depending on the style of shoe, style of dress, and how the red and green play together
Brown (depending on how the green looks)
Tan (depending on how the green looks)
