When looking a an erect penis can you tell if it is cut or uncut while it is erect?

If you're just looking at it and nothing else then usually not. Sometimes an uncut penis has more foreskin than others or a foreskin that is tighter than others and it doesn't retract when erect. Other than that the foreskin usually retracts and looks pretty much like a cut penis. How ever when sexual activity begins and there is movement the foreskin will slide back and forth over the head of the penis.
