Depends, if their hair is just messy, I could care less. If it looks really dirty, I would wonder about hair lice, some people can't help that because they have no place to wash and nothing to wash their hair with.

I don't think of them at all. Well, how bad is the situation? Uncombed hair looks nice sometimes. :D But greasy, dandruffy hair is gross. But never jump to conclusions before confronting the person. Maybe they can't afford shampoo?! :O Although I don't think I would ever ask a person why their hair is so nasty. LOL. kind of mean? What do you think about Robert Pattison's funky hair?

Hell if you dont have a brush a fork works!!! I used one on a camping trip once! If you don't have time to wash it...throw a little talc powder on your scalp to hide the grease! Ain't no sense in looking greasy as balls.

I don't think anything of them. There are lots of reasons that their hair can look unkempt. And "Fashion" is about individual choice.

Well, if it's unclean ... as opposed to just being messy ... I might think they have bad hygeine.
