As of today and right now, there was a power outage when I left my apartment and even though my laptop has some battery time, the Internet didn't where I was. Even though the university was closed, I found an open building and an empty classroom to use my laptop in. There was a big ice storm in my neck of the woods, and even though the roads and sidewalks are clear now, branches and tree limbs are apparently still falling in some places on campus so due to that hazard, they still decided to close the university.
