I filled my waterbed with the hard water that comes from the tap, but I had trouble sleeping so I drained it and refilled it with soft water, now I sleep much better. So I would say soft water is healthier.
I think soft water is healthier than hard water.
But if hard water is proved as good water, I think hard water is more healty only in this case.
