Cunard's Queen Mary 2 makes the crossing from New York to Southampton in 6 days. The actual time depends on the cruise itinerary. The SS United States was the last super cruise ship to hold the record. It made the westbound crossing in a little over 3 days 12 hours and the eastbound crossing in a little over 3 days 10 hours.

I think about 5 days. When they do a crossing, it can get rough accross the Atlantic. When they have repositioning cruises they are moving the ship because it is changing ports and sometimes you can get a good deal on the price of the repositioning.
