Go talk to my husband. He's usually worried about a trial, or the kids future, or he's having an axiety attack or drinking, after of few minutes with that, I usually feel like at least I'm not feeling bad alone, and at least I'm broken not worred. Then If it's daytime I jump in the car and go workout at the YMCA. That ALWAYS lifts me up.
