Is there a way to not receive email from AB?

Before you submit your answer to someones question uncheck the boxes above the submit button.

Just above the 'submit' button there is a legend asking you whether you want the additional answers to the questions you are answering should be mailed to you. The button is in the ticked mode by default settings. Just untick that button and there will be no more E-mails. The Ab computers are programmed to keep sending you e-mails till you request them not to send the e-mails, I must believe.

Besides what has already been mentioned you can always set up a email block filter in your email. Of course if the staff was to ever need to notify you, the email would never be seen.
