That all depends on which teams are your favorite and who you like...the argument will go on forever due to peoples personal oppinions on the teams they root for.
-
Those would be conferences, not divisions. The AFC has been the stronger conference over the last several years but I believe the NFC has now surpassed them. The strongest division is obviously the NFC East this year.
-
AFC has been better for years, but i think that the NFC is making a run for it. But with the Pats Colts Steelers Titans Jacksonville Jets its hard to find enough teams in the NFC to match up to that.
-
The AFC has won 7 of the last 10 Super Bowls. Based on that I'd say the AFC.
-
I like the NFC because they are more grind it out kind of football instead of the race horse kind of athletes in the AFC. I'm not saying that either one is better. I just prefer what I consider more of a physical game. Although they have changed a lot over the years, I just stick with the teams that I always liked.

This year I think the NFC has a slight advantage over the AFC.

NFC is clearly better this year. If you look at the east alone, you have 4 contenders. The north and south also have dog fights for the division. The west has Arizona. The AFC really has the Titans and Steelers. I am not sold on the Jets. Pats, Colts, and Chargers are all down this year.
