Ostrich just for the curly fries. i Don't think buffalo is endangered as much as the other two though there are restrictions i believe.

Buffalo for sure...that's a tasty treat-always wanted to try ostrich--I'm sure it tastes like chicken! Ugly as heck though and I'm a little scared after seeing "dude wheres my car"!

Make that bison ("buffalo") pit roasted, not barbecued, with mashed potatos and I am in. I have had it that way and it is tasty. How badly have you been negged for this question?
