Sounds like a double corruption of the word, hermaphrodite. The meaning is an organism (or person) having the sexual organs of both sexes (From Greek, Hermes and Aphrodite).
It's more commonly pronounced with the single corruption, morphadite. Putting dike (dyke) on the end yields a double corruption confising the very real and rare condition with butch lesbians, who typically have a perfectly normal set of female sex organs but adopt an outward appearance and behavior that is masculine.

A hermaphrodite? No, I have never met one in person. The condition is rare. I have seen photos. I'm sure a Google image search will find many. Beware of ones that look like a beautiful womanly woman with both an ordinary vagina and a penis the size of a porno star. They are almost certainly just photoshoped frauds.
