Really nasty dreadlocks. I've seen it before. It was gross... They weren't the rope-looking kind either, the girl's hair was just matted to her head and super greasy and tangle-y.

Matters little to us - there wouldnt be any one near by to witness. You would continue to get more rancid.

Dreadful locks...not to be confused with Dreadlocks. Picture a human brillo pad.

You'd end up with dreads. Not the intentional, engineered dreads though. Your hair would look pretty much like a sheep's wool, which sounds cute at first until you actually look at one. Their wool is nappy, tangly, clumpy and knotted. Not an attractive look for humans.

your hair would dred. the only way you could get it to look halfway decent would be to rip your hair into dred-ed sections. then, giant pieces would fall out when you finally undred-ed and washed it. though I will say that i've seen some pretty knappy, awesome -natural- dreds. Maybe you just have to have the right hair for it?
