  • If you've got insurance, probably nothing more than the co-pay. If you don't have insurance, probably a couple thousand. The procedure takes about 20 minutes and is done with a local, so it is out-patient surgery.
  • I wish I could tell you. Hubby had his done in 1994 and it didn't cost a penny. Have no idea how the doctor submitted it to the insurance company but it was a total freebie.
