There are many choices, but if we stick to the guideline that Bond should be British we can narrow down our choices. If I were to choose a Bond from outstanding Brits, I would have to consider Lenny Henry, Kwame Kwei-Armah, Colin Salmon, (Who has already appeared in three Bond films)Trevor McDonald and Rudolph Walker.

Colin Salmon, although it might be a problem as he has already starred in 3 Bond Films as another character, but he fits the criteria: six foot four, charismatic and British.

Will Smith probably has the right attitude for the absurdity that is Bond. He doesn't have the right accent, however.
