  • Try selling it. LOL
  • You could draw or sketch some children in your neighborhood, then you could make some flyers for a great gift idea......Christmas, mothers day, etc.........
  • It depends. What kind of work do you do and how good is it?
  • be good at it- you need to be good to be successful, and if you arent good enough move to a market where you are better (less competition) but hey, in the screwy world of art who knows- some people do the weardest stuff and make money just fine
  • Marketing is one of the most difficult things for an Artist. When you are busy creating it's difficult to find the time to get out there and promote yourself IF you know how. When you get to a certain point you can hire people who can do that for you. Lots of hard work though getting there. Choose the places you put your work carefully, preferably a gallery that has a good customer base for your type of art. Gallery's come and go, find a place that has a good history.
  • Take off the artist cap and put on the salesman tie, for every piece of art there is someone who would like to buy it. everyone has different tastes, get your artwork out there! Use the Net, get involved in the local art community, be active and creative there are some techniques here www.makemoneyfrommyart.com
