Help answer this question below.

We're having a potluck lunch at work next week for a co-worker that is moving. The only way to heat food at work is in a microwave. Desserts are already taken. What food should I make?

    How about making some chicken meatballs or shrimp cakes. You could also think in terms of a pilaf or a risotto.

    Enchiladas or stuffed pasta shells both reheat in the microwave well. Or avoid the microwave completely by bringing a deli tray and assorted breads.

    maybe a cold pasta salad. olives, broccoli, onions, some carrots. use tri colored pasta for a nicer colorful dish
