Firstly you need to take a course in flower arrangements and wreath making.

Find a friend who can do the arranging and you can handle the marketing and business. It's hard to do it all alone.

You haven't even taught yourself how to do a flower arrangements and you want to start a flower shop...My mother a while back was a great florist and her shop barely lasted a year, but you could start the business and then Hire an experienced person to handle the arrangements. Just get a Great Location, my moms location was kind of stupid!
