    Well, both are really forms of rhythm, unless you're talking about some kind of avant guard or free-form. But, if you mean straight beat or syncopation, like breakbeat, then it depends on my mood. I love them both depending on what I feel like listening to.

    I like to call it 'four on the floor' and with a syncopated guitar riff like the heavy begining in "my curse" by Killswitch...that shit rocks.

    Hmmm...it depends. (Not trying to sound rude, but) most people can't write music with an off-beat very well, and the ones that are good can't be played well. So...I'll probably have to stick to rhythm. ;)
