no but a few times when my tub drains slow it leaves saop behind and when I run the shower and steo into it without looking down i slip but catch my self but leave a hugh black and blue on the shin of my leg that was left out of the tub. That leg saved my life

Never. Other places, yes ... like the bottom of the outside steps from the front door to the driveway. That area seems to stay perpetually wet and slippery.

nope. falling on a wet surface. that would make too much sense. I fall on dry surfaces like outside on concrete without a rock or hole in site, off dry steps, over my 2 left feet but bathtub no not yet.

Does falling off the toilet into the tub count? I survived that one, but my pants were down, and some friends had to help me up.... SOOooo embaressed

No, but one time I slid and whacked my ankle in the shower because of the slimey conditioner someone didn't rinse out of the shower. Amazingly, I didn't fall, just a swollen, sore ankle.

Yes, I slipped and landed on the side of my hip, got a huge bruise and sprained ankle
