I can see two solutions to this problem. Either the right angle is formed by those two sides or the longest of both is the hypotenuse:
13² + 6² = c² yields c = sqrt(13² + 6²) = 14.32 cm
6² + b² = 13² yields b = sqrt(13² - 6²) = 11.53 cm
I'm assuming you mean a right triangle.
169 + 36 = 205
√205 = 14.32 cm
