Did anyone hear about the 17month old baby that got beaten to death in North London? How does this make you feel? It makes me feel very very sad. I don't understand how people can do this!

Of course. Those types of stories make me profoundly sad. Some things I'll never understand.

makes me feel very lucky and a good mother to my children... it is very upsetting though cause there is so many types of abuse out there that we don't get to hear or see but to a baby who is defenceless is just sickening... parents - something mentally wrong with them...they don't deserve to be parents...all the had to do was ask for help cause in this country we are lucky when it comes to help.... there are families out there who are willing to take children of your hands if you cannot cope....that's all they had to do....

It's horrific! That's around the same age my daughter is and I can't imagine what soulless being could even begin to try to harm someone so reliant on you for protection. I don't know the laws over there, but I really hope they can terminate the mom and boyfriend for this.

It is terrible to hear this news. I feel very sorry for the young one who died. As for those did the beating up, I fail to find words to condemn their despicable unempathic action. I can't think of any reason other than Alcoholism for such an unthinking insensitive behavior from anyone.

i did hear about this and i was so angry when i read it. i hope the people get beaten in jail!
