I take pie crusts (the roll out kind) and cut them into triangles, fill with apple pie filling (I usually add cinnamon sugar to it), peach pie filling, blueberry, you get the idea, fold them over and seal, and bake according to the pie crusts directions and voila! I get requests for them all of the time.

You can use a flaky pastry. You can also use pie crust, flattened biscuits, and even bread. For an easy filling, you can get canned fruit pie filling.

You can put chopped apples mixed with a little sugar, flour and cinnamon. After it's baked, it's nice to drizzle a glaze made with confectioners' sugar and water over the top.
