haha. you apologize and you MEAN IT. I dont know what that "true love means never having to say you're sorry crap" is anyway... i think true love is sucking it up and realizing that you are both going to have to get over your pride in order to work together sucessfully.

If I hurt anyone, loved one or not, I apologize. I try hard to avoid hurting anyones feelings. People have enough bs in their lives to deal with without me adding more negative feelings :)

I apologize and ask for forgiveness. When I hurt someone, I feel terrible and will do whatever it takes to get the relationship back on track.

If you love someone you should want to say sorry.

I apologize, and I make it good. I would want her to do the same if she did something wrong. Not that she ever DOES, mind you. But on that day I would expect an apology.

i do... it goes a long way in smoothing things over and reopens a healthy dialog

That is one of the silliest, meaningless quotes. I remember it from the movie and book and it never made any sense. Of course you should apologize AND show with your behavior that you are sorry. That is what love really is, a swift willingness to show your sorry and care about hurting someone, a repentful attitude, a heartfelt sorrow you were wrong.

If i hurt anyone at all ~ i will always let them know I am genuinely sorry for doing so :)

I apologize...profusely. True love means never HAVING to say you're sorry, but DOING it anyway... Because although they will probably love you anyway, you should never take someone for granted.

Yes you apologize, that's how they know you are sorry and that you care that you hurt them. That saying about never having to say your sorry was probally written by someone who thought they were to good to have to explain, or just didn't give a rip... Apologizing heals people.... and shows love... it has to be the right thing to do!
