  • Probably. A flame is a plasma or ionized gas. Seeing as the molecules and atoms in the flame are ionized (i.e. have free electrons running around in them), the flame should conduct electricity. However, because of the very low density of the gas, it probably won't conduct anywhere near as well as a coper wire.
