Actually, now super novices have the ability to have a cart and sell. At least, I know this is such on private servers (most all), and kRO. I am not sure about iRO, if that is what you are playing. To make a chatroom (Ctrl + C) and put up something like B> (item name), S> (item name), and T> (item name), isn't necessarily that effective. You can also combine B/T/and S to create a title like "B or T> Bapho. Card 2mil" Something along those lines.

Also, this might not exactly be what your asking.. You can sell items to NPC's. Find the shop in a town like per se.. Izlude. The middle left of the map there is a little house you can go into and there will be a girl/boy inside. Talk to the NPC (click it) and choose to sell items. And then do so.

but if you are not a merchant class just simply
make a chat room(shorcut CTRL+C)
and type what you like
ex.
S>+10 bone helm

and people will go in to your pub and ask you how much. or trade
