I like to think I am, but really I'm appallingly bad. I like to be the pioneer, and lead the way literally. Unfortunately I can't think of a time when I haven't got the people I was with lost. One of my other favourite things to do is take short cuts, which is just a disaster waiting to happen!

very very good. i can always remember which way to go. and i was amazed at how easy i got around when travelling overseas. it was like i had been there before, and knew where i was going!

Only when the force and a good map are with me.

Set me free on foot in my hometown and guaranteed I'll get lost. But get me in my car in uncharted territory and I can find my destination with my eyes shut. Weird, huh?

Yes,outside. no,inside a building.i can go just about anywhere without a map,but when i'm in a mall or something,you can find me at the lost and found.

No. If I get lost, I will stop and ask a person. They'll says something like: "go up the hill, take a left, stay on that for a mile, and take a right at 43rd, go down the hill to the old mill, take a left...." I'll follow the first instruction, go up the hill, and ask the next person I see what to do next.

I'm good at giving them - if someone asks for directions to our office the phone is always passed to me. As far as taking directions, I really really try but sometimes get ahead of myself.

I think so. I guess I look like the type of person that knows their way around, so people ask me for directions. I'm good at following directions; but I know to ask someone who has been to where I'm going. I usually ask women because I've gotten lost following directions men have given me.

I know: North, South, East, West, up, down, across, sideways, rightside up and upside down, in and out, entrance and exit. If I need anything other than that then I would be lost for sure.

Do you mean directions for doing something or going somewhere? I'm OK at directions for doing things, but not nearly as good as I would like to be. Half the time, when they're written, it's because I don't read through them thoroughly first. Typical guy, here. For traveling or location directions, for some reason I am very good. Almost intuitively so. I used to chalk it up to living in a very rural place when growing up and taking lots of hikes through the woods and fields, but I don't know how this would pertain to driving or city navigation, as I'm good at these too. A few friends of mine have said that I must have a compass up my ass. Who knows. Maybe I've just tapped in to some salmon or pigeon spirit that I have in my personal totem.

I tend to be very good, whether it's remembering where to go if I've been there, reading written directions or a map, or remembering verbal directions. I can usually decipher it even if they aren't very good directions. The one thing I can't do is try to follow directions when 3 people are yelling them at me.

Yes, quite good. For some reason Ihave a very good sense of direction and seem to instinctly know which way is north etc.

No. Really, really bad. I can walk out the door of any building and everytime go the opposite way to which I am suppose to.

Nope, couldn't find my way out of a paper bag. That's generally why I drive and my husband navigates.

I am not good with maps. If I have been somewhere before, I can usually find my way back fairly easily. If I am somewhere I have never been before I can find my way if someone gives me good directions.

Generally yes... if they are written. I can't remember a long verbal list of anything (directions, recipes, etcetera) very well.
