If you have design that you wish to market on a t-shirt, you can simply take this logo / design and buy blank tshirts and have the imprint applied. In doing so, and dependent on what you are trying to do, Hanes is a big supplier to merchants who do printing. I sold thousands of tshirts with a logo i had, and hanes was the tshirt used . best of luck to you

Trademark infringement occurs when you release a product using someone else's mark, and there is a likelihood of confusion. Here, you are removing all identifying information and altering the product to be sold in a different market. Thus, no chance of a likelihood of confusion.
