  • First I would say maybe you need to speak to someone who is qualified to help you, it sounds like you are in a lot of pain. Second, it may help you (over time) to challenge your own thinking, when you notice you are speaking badly to yourself (in your thoughts), then challenge it directly, ("i am worthwhile, I have skills, etc"). Exercise has also been shown to be very effective at helping in depressive situations, exercise releases feel-good serotonin into the brain. Good luck, and i hope that you will see an end to you struggle.
  • First why do you feel self hatred? and something that helps me is laughing...cause you know cutting yourself hurts..i know it does cause i still cry at 18 when i get one of those freakn paper cuts. and if you feel lonely and friendless you can count me as a friend.. but cutting yourself dont make you feel better..and if you ever want to talk even if its about how many stars are in the sky...i will go outside and count help you count them...just email me...evansmd911@yahoo.com..BE SAFE!! P.S and exercising really does help (at least when i do it it helps me) cause i would be to tired to do anything else...

  • Got to figure out why or who is making you feel this way and get rid of them. And learn to love yourself.
  • Apparently you can't deal with your problems. If you could, you wouldn't do that to yourself! Cutting is a such a violent way of NOT dealing with your problems. I don't know you, or your situation, but there are people out there that want to help. If you don't want your friends, family or others to know about it, go to a free clinic. They will be helpful in getting you the help you need. Believe me, the help you need is not here. You need to take action - for yourself. Good luck. And STOP CUTTING! Help yourself feel better.
