How would you deal with blackmail? Would you make some concessions to avoid big consequences or would you just take the "heat"?

I would tell someone I trust about the black mailer , and I would find a way out of it!!

My ex tried this. I simply laughed and told him to blab away since I had much more on him, legal and illegal, than the tiny bit that was not illegal activity that he had on me.

I have nothing for a blackmailer to use so I would just laugh at them.

Take it like a Man! If your to ashamed of whatever the blackmail then you care about what others thing of you to much.... If you like yourself for who you are then you should be proud of whatever it is that you do wither it be the most embarrassing thing in the world or just something bad that you did....

If it were me I would take the amount of money the blackmailer was demanding, double it and fully commit it to the long and agonizing death of the would-be blackmailer. Nobody gets to rat on me ever.
