To whom are you speaking? I will say, I ask myself this question, or a version of it, whenever I see young people dressed in a way that makes them look like cartoon characters, or with their bottoms hanging over the waistband of their pants, or their hats on sideways, or with raccoon like circles of eyeliner around their, eyes, and so on. But, when I was in high school, I wore my father's army jacket and a dog's choke chain, so who am I to talk? I think for teenagers it is just part of individuation - separating ones self from parents and "the establishment". :) Suzanne

Its actually effortless. I just like ugly things. That horrible color coordinated striped collard shirt will be in my closet fresh from the clearance rack. I love the crazy heels, squared glasses, and crazy earings. Garage sale! Here I come!
