Well, there is a program that could enable a player to forge a armor into +10 by 100% chance to success. But this program are really hard to find. The chance to find this program through internet could say slim to none. I have found this program before, once my computer have been reformat i have lost this program. soo there is no use ask the program from me.

Here comes the awful truth: Gravity has admitted that only real life LUCK, not the one in your stat window, affects your chances of overupgrading anything. Not DEX, not LUK. Merchant classes DO have this particular skill [Weapon Research] that slightly improves forging weapons at the NPC, but that's it.
