  • Only if we know what you are going to be eating with it....although some people say a medium to light wine like chablis or a light red wine can go with almost everything.
  • I think it is personal taste. White wine can be a lot lighter in texture than red. They suggest white wine for chicken and seafood and red for beef and lamb, but I just get what I think is good. I hope this helps you.
