Most stores carry up to size 12 in men's shoes. A large minority carry up to size 13, enough that it's not all that hard to find them. I have size 15 feet, and I can assure you that they are way, way too big. Buying shoes in size 15 means either getting them too small and stretching them (if possible; putting up with the blisters otherwise), or paying ridiculously large amounts for custom shoes.

Just be happy that it is your feet and not something else.

My shoe size is 11. For my height of 5'10" my feet size appears quite normal. I think no feet size is too big or small for any height. Infact with small feet we might find it harder to balance ourselves.
