  • Yep. I've always heard, "Things will be okay in the end. If things aren't okay, it isn't the end.". Despite lay-offs, illness, injury, family feuds, mechanical failure, etcetera, I'm still happily married, still living indoors with all of my utilities, have a vehicle to get back and forth to work with and all. Even when things looked bleak, something happened and/or someone came through that got me by. Exploded van? Friend lent me $1000 until my mom gave me an early birthday/X-mas gift to get a car. Mother-in-law kicks us out of her house? Our old landlord takes us back. See the trend?
  • Yes, I believe it does. Life is cyclical. When you are down, things eventually turn around and get better. Look back at your own life and think about the times when you thought things would never get better. Somehow, someway, you got past that time and things were again good for you. That is how it is. The hard part is riding the storm but you can do that as long as you remember that "this too shall pass."
