  • it is known that all our body is controlled by a net of neurons carry signals and as the eye is the most sensetive organ so it has a faster response than the other organs so if you want to cooperat both hands and eyes you have to involve them both in the same time to do one action it means to make your hands respose fast to catch with the eye speed so i see that the judo or karate is good and the games which need fast phisical movement and high concentration.
