While it may be tempting to bring on a non-english or ESL contractor, keep in mind that the key to a good design is communication and if you can't communicate clearly and effectively then you are compromising the quality of your project.
  • If I had to, I'd outsource to an agency. Make sure they offer junior, mid level and top-level workers across the board so that the work can be spread appropriately. There is nothing worse than a single junior doing everything, and its so expensive if all the top-level staff do everything!
