I don't think you can, otherwise if it feels trapped with no escape it will wither and die, like a flower deprived of light, air, and water. A free spirit must be freely offered, not captured and contained.

Fly paper. Ok, real answer: You cannot truly "catch" a free spirited person. They are not going to settle down until, or if, they want to. Your trying to "catch" a free spirited person is going to drive that person away from you. If you want her to stay with you, as they say, go with the flow.
